it’s important in this season to get our Coteau campus and teams
established first. This project will position us to receive and
empower the people that God is bringing to us and to continue to
“Make Room” for more people and impact in our community.

WHY NOT BUILD THE BIGGER AUDITORIUM NOW?
We need an immediate solution for growth, and this first phase
gives us just that. In addition, nothing is lost through this first phase.
When God opens the door for multiple campuses again or an even
larger auditorium one day, our current auditorium will be
a phenomenal youth and overflow facility!

WHEN WILL THE PROJECT
BE COMPLETED?
We hope to be celebrating our 10 year anniversary in our
expanded building sometime in 2024.

WHAT WILL BE INCLUDED
IN THIS PROJECT?
We will be constructing an approximately 5000 sq. ft.
lobby at our Coteau Campus and will expand our current sanctuary
to seat more than 500 people. We will also reconfigure
our Cross Kids space to allow for more classrooms and even
more secure check-in procedures.This plan also positions us for
future growth on the property.

HOW MUCH ARE WE
LOOKING TO RAISE?
$2 million by 2025 over and above our regular giving. The total project cost is estimated at $4 million dollars. This does not include any donations, discounts, or volunteer labor. However, we are hopeful that this number will be less. We will also work together between pledges and creative financing with a Christian investment group that is very vested in our church’s growth. By doing this project in phases, we feel like we can meet our most immediate need of growth in the wisest way possible.
